Push-settings
In the settings you can activate push notification for normal and emergency (pathological) results.
You then receive a push message that new results are available.
Push Notification Information
Push notifications are messages that appear on your phone without opening the app.
- So it is possible that our labGate #app sends notifications to your home screen or your notification bar.
- The app does not have to be open. This way you won't miss any important news or messages.
Change password
You can change your password in the "User account" settings menu.
Information on assigning passwords
Select your new password with the following criteria:
- The password does not contain the user's account name
- The password is at least eight characters long
- The password contains characters from three of the following four categories
- Latin capital letters (A - Z)
- Latin lower case letters (a - z)
- 10 basic digits (0 - 9)
- Non-alphanumeric characters, such as: exclamation mark (!), dollar sign ($), number sign (#) or percentage sign (%)
Passwords can be up to 128 characters long. You should use long and complex passwords.
Touch ID
You can activate the function in the "Touch ID" settings menu.
With the activation you define your user account once.
Informations about touch ID
The fingerprints are not stored in the device originally, but permanently. With the activation in the smartphone settings further user-related online services such as our labGate #app can also be used.
