Als Einsender des Labors können Sie hier Ihren Zugang zum System beantragen. Füllen Sie hierzu die entsprechenden Felder aus. Das Labor wird umgehend über Ihre Anfrage informiert und meldet sich bei Ihnen zurück.
Login
Nach Aufruf der entsprechenden Website-Adresse gelangen Sie direkt auf die Login-Seite. Tragen Sie hier Ihren vom Labor festgelegten Benutzernamen und Ihr dazugehöriges Passwort ein. Achtung! Diese Funktion sollten Sie nur nutzen, wenn es sich um Ihren eigenen persönlichen Arbeitsplatz handelt und dieser nicht von weiteren Personen genutzt wird. Sollten Sie Ihr Passwort vergessen haben, klicken Sie auf „Passwort vergessen?“.
Die Zugangsdaten zu labGate erhalten Sie über Ihre angegebene Email.
Haben Sie noch keinen Zugang können Sie diesen unter „Zugang beantragen“ vom Labor erstellen lassen.

Passwort vergessen
Sollten Sie Ihr Passwort vergessen haben, können Sie dieses ohne Probleme zurücksetzen lassen. Tragen Sie hierzu Ihren bekannten Benutzernamen und die im System hinterlegte E-Mail Adresse ein. Ein neues Passwort wird Ihnen via E-Mail zugesendet. Mit diesem neuen Passwort können Sie sich nun wieder in das System einloggen.
Nach erfolgreichem Login müssen Sie sich ein neues Passwort zuweisen. Hierzu geben Sie einmal das via E-Mail versandte Passwort ein und zweimal Ihr neu gewähltes Passwort.

Login
After visit the corresponding website address you will be taken directly to the login page. Enter the user name and password specified by the laboratory.
Attention! You should only use this function if it is your own personal workstation and it is not used by other people. If you have forgotten your password click on "Forgot your password?".
You will receive the access data to labGate by email.
If you don't have access yet, the laboratory will creates one if you clicked "Request access".

Forgotten your password
If you have forgotten your password you can reset it without any problems. Enter your known user name and the e-mail address stored in the system. A new password will be sent to you by e-mail. With this new password you can now log into the system again.
After successful login you have to assign yourself a new password. To do this enter the password sent by e-mail first and second the new one.
