Registration / Access
Sender of the laboratory can apply access to the system here. To do this fill in the appropriate fields. The laboratory will be informed immediately about your results and reports back to you.
Login
After visit the corresponding website address you will be taken directly to the login page. Enter the user name and password specified by the laboratory.
Attention! You should only use this function if it is your own personal workstation and it is not used by other people. If you have forgotten your password click on "Forgot your password?".
You will receive the access data to labGate by email.
If you don't have access yet, the laboratory will creates one if you clicked "Request access".
Attention
You can display your password by clicking on the eye symbol next to the password field. Please make sure that no third party can read this clear text password.
The current version of the software can be found in the footer.
Forgotten your password
If you have forgotten your password you can reset it without any problems. Enter your known user name and the e-mail address stored in the system. A new password will be sent to you by e-mail. With this new password you can now log into the system again.
After successful login you have to assign yourself a new password. To do this enter the password sent by e-mail first and second the new one.

The new password must be at least 8 characters long, contains a special character and a number.
