Registration / Apply for access
As a submitter of the laboratory you can apply for access to the system here. To do this fill in the appropriate fields. The laboratory will be informed immediately of your request and get back to you.
Login
After starting the app you will be taken to the welcome screen. Wipe to the left or press "Login" to get to the login.
Enter the user name and password specified by the laboratory here. If you have forgotten your password click on "Forgot your password?".
You will receive the access data to labGate via your specified email.
If you do not yet have access, you can have the laboratory create it under "Request access".
Achtung
The fingerprint scanner can only be used once it has been configured in your device settings and additionally activated in the app.
Forgotten your password
If you have forgotten your password you can reset it without any problems. To do this enter your known user name and the e-mail address stored in the system. A new password will be sent to you via email. With this new password you can now log into the system again.
After successful login you have to assign yourself a new password. To do this enter the password sent by e-mail once and twice choose your new password.
