To change your personal data click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the window. A menu opens. Then click on "My profile".
Here you can change your contact information where you can reach the laboratory. Your user password can also be changed here.
The new password must be at least 8 characters long contain a special character and a number.
Click on "Save changes" to save your entries.
Options
- Display the reference range as a graphic or hide it.
- Receive information about account suspensions via email.
If the password is mistyped too often, you will be notified by email that your account has been blocked.
- The account is usually deactivated for 15 minutes. After that you can try logging in again.
