Overview

 

You can see all existing patients in the overview. At the top of the page you can filter for new or recently updated patients.

 

Info

You can use the searchfield to find a patient very quickly.

 

 

Info

The patient name (partial or complete), order number or date of birth can be used as search terms.

 

Edit patient

To view or edit a patient's data click on the corresponding patient in the overview.

 

 

Here you can edit the patient data.

 

 

 

Info

If data is imported from a physician information system via labGate AIS-Connector, the patient data is automatically updated according to the top patient number of the leading system.

Info

The assignment of the patient between labGate and the AIS is done via the patient number of the leading system. If the physician information system does not transfer a patient number it is compared by last name and first name, date of birth and gender.

Create patient

Click on "New patient" in the overview under "Additional tasks" to create a new patient.

Enter all information on the patient (required fields are first-, last name and date of birth) and then click save.
